Message	the paint from when they sprayed the garage. Otherwise you need to etch the concrete. That is messy and takes about a day to dry completely. Basically the etching roughs up the ground. Go to Lowes and get the Valspar brand of epoxy, I knwo a few people who have used other brands and the valspar seems to do the best.
